A successful return to work is when a claimant works for 3 consecutive months earning over the monthly limit for Substantial Gainful Activity.
Unsuccessful Work Attempt
An unsuccessful work attempt is when a claimant works and earns over the monthly limit for Substantial Gainful Activity for less than 3 months.
Ongoing Part-Time Work
When a claimant is engaged in ongoing part-time work but is earning less than the monthly legal limit for Substantial Gainful Activity.
