I hired Desert Disability® from the beginning. The last thing I wanted to deal with was the stress of working my way through this tedious system. I filed in April 2023, was denied in January 2024. Reconsideration was immediately filed with evidence SS didn't have and additional evidence as it came. I was officially approved 9/10/2024!! It was a long 18 months but everyone I came in contact with was top notch, especially Charity! Charity, thank you for your patience and your knowledge! Whether it was me venting or asking a bunch of questions you were always kind, patient and nonjudgmental. I'm so glad this chapter is closed and behind me so I can move on and focus on my health. I am glad I chose Desert Disability® to  manage my case and I'll be forever grateful!

If getting a result is the standard of judgement, then all was positive, however the staff was always positive and exemplary in their efforts. Through the pandemic and afterwards I would be remiss if I didn’t give a sincere thanks to Sydney, whose compassion and understanding truly made a supportive difference. I would recommend Desert Disability® for your disability claim. Reagan was awesome with always answering my questions. Just remember that this takes time with SS and there may be periods where you don't here from them, but you can always call and they were always helpful. I had a very good experience with Desert Disability®. My case lasted just over 2 years and every step of the way, the team was responsive to my questions and concerns. They were also encouraging when I felt overwhelmed and anxious. They understood my job was more demanding and rigorous than the way SSD defines it. When cases are not straight forward and there are grey areas, their team is prepared to go to bat for you as they did for me. I am so grateful for their guidance. The entire office is very professional and answered all my questions all the way through my case. I never had to worry about a thing. Sydney is AMAZING! She kept me updated and let me know where the case was each step of the way. Mr. Herman made me feel like family when it came to going to court. Charity and her team were hired by me to assist my father in completing his initial disability application. He had some extensive medical history. She did an amazing job and he was approved the first time around and less then a year. I couldn't be more satisfied with Desert Disability®. I originally filed for benefits on my own and was declined in a short period of time. On intake, Mr. Herman was available to answer any questions I had and very clear on the process, time lines, fees, etc.  After filling out some simple forms their amazing team led by A.P. took over all filings and correspondence with SSA immediately. My application for benefits ended up going to a hearing with a judge and they handled everything. I don't think my benefits would have been approved without Desert Disability®.
