My case lasted just over 2 years and every step of the way, the team was responsive to my questions and concerns. They were also encouraging when I felt overwhelmed and anxious. She did an amazing job and he was approved the first time around and less then a year. I originally filed for benefits on my own and was declined in a short period of time. On intake, Mr. Herman was available to answer any questions I had and very clear on the process, time lines, fees, etc. After filling out some simple forms their amazing team led by A.P. took over all filings and correspondence with SSA immediately. My application for benefits ended up going to a hearing with a judge and they handled everything. I don't think my benefits would have been approved without Desert Disability®.
