About Abbie

Abbie Prescott is the Director of Client Services at Desert Disability of Arizona, currently in her fifth year with the firm. Her tenure across multiple departments has given her a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the disability claims process — from initial intake through Administrative Law Judge hearings.

Abbie plays a key role in managing day-to-day operations at the firm and ensuring every client receives consistent, high-quality representation throughout their case. She is the team member many clients interact with most often during the claim process.

Abbie is also a certified non-attorney representative, which means she is qualified to represent clients at hearings before Administrative Law Judges when needed — a credential the Social Security Administration grants to non-attorneys who meet specific education, examination, and continuing-education requirements.
