Jeffrey R. Herman has been practicing law since 2013. He received his Bachelor's Degree in English from Queens College in 2003 and uses his command of the English language to draft persuasive briefs to the Judge before each and every disability hearing. His father, Stephen Herman, is a retired attorney who practiced Social Security Disability law for over 30 years. Before he completed law school, Jeffrey worked in his father's practice where he learned the in's and out's of the SSD application and appeal process. 

A native New Yorker, Jeffrey prides himself on his 'no-nonsense' demeanor. He provides thoughtful and candid feedback on each new Social Security Disability claim he reviews. His "front load" business methodology ensures that phone calls are answered, messages are promptly returned, and communication remains professional, prompt, and transparent from start to finish. 

To win a Social Security Disability claim in 2023 requires tremendous preparation along with an understanding of the law and persuasive ability to sway the mind of the Administrative Law Judge. Jeffrey has a gift for listening and understanding his client's particular situation and being able to best convey it to the Judge in order to put his client in the best position to win their Social Security benefits. 

For fun, Jeffrey has an unquenchable thirst for travel. His past experiences have included running with the bulls in Pamplona, scaling the Great Wall of China and Machu Picchu, and ziplining in Costa Rica.
